William Keo, Magnum photographer
William Keo’s work covers themes of migration, social exclusion and inter-community intolerance. William has, since 2016, covered the Syrian refugee crisis and the fall of the Islamic State, the 2018 civil war in Ukraine, the ongoing conflict in Darfur and Bangladesh as the Rohingya humanitarian crisis was unfolding. Closer to home, in France, his project Lost Paradise shares the stories of those who have migrated to the country seeking to make it their home and uncovered the complexities and hardships of doing so. He joined Magnum photos as a nominee in September 2021. 
Carolyn Drake, Magnum photographer
Carolyn Drake works on long term photo-based projects seeking to interrogate dominant historical narratives and create alternative and imaginative interpretations of reality. Her work explores community and the interactions within it, as well as the barriers and connections “between people, between places and between ways of perceiving”. She is currently making work that playfully upends perceptions of gender, community, and safety in two American communities.She became an associate of Magnum Photos in 2017. 
Peter van Agtmael, Magnum photographer
Peter van Agtmael is known for his deeply affecting, sometimes surreal images, which explore themes of conflict, history, memory, nationalism, militarism, race and class. He has spent more than ten years covering America’s wars from both sides and countless angles, from embedding with military forces in Iraq and Afghanistan to covering the civilian cost of the wars. He has also extensively documented the Israel/Palestine conflict. Along with his ongoing personal projects, Van Agtmael has photographed for many leading publications including The New York Times Magazine, where he has had multiple front covers. Van Agtmael joined Magnum Photos in 2008 and became a full member in 2013. 
Sonia Jeunet, Education Director
Sonia Jeunet is the Director of Education at Magnum Photos, based in London. She develops the curriculums and partnerships for Magnum’s educational programs. She has worked with leading industry professionals, institutions and photographers. Prior to that, she worked at Panos Pictures in London and NOOR in Amsterdam, as commissioning editor, photo editor and project manager. With 15 years experience in the industry, she teaches regularly about professional practice and has given lectures at Westminster University, Photofusion, Minority Rights, Anadolu Kültür and the Photography Foundation, among others.

Laurence Cornet, photo editor at Le Monde
Laurence Cornet currently works as the international photo editor for the French newspaper, Le Monde. Laurence Cornet has been working for fifteen years as an editor, critic and curator, as well as a journalist specializing in social issues and the environment. She collaborates with Newsweek, Vogue, Vice, The Guardian, MSNBC, PHMuseum and Photo Monitor. As a curator, she has worked with public institutions and galleries in the United States, Colombia, France, and Turkey. She is also the co-founder of the photozine DogFood and works as the editorial director of Dysturb, a media that uses public space to disseminate stories. 
Jordan Alves, publisher at Atelier EXB
Born in 1989, Jordan Alves initially studied the applied arts, particularly industrial design. After various experiences in this field, he turned to the visual arts and exhibition curating. Encountering these territories, photography book publishing then became an important focus of interest, and his meeting with Xavier Barral in 2015 marked the beginning of his journey within the eponymous publishing house. His collaboration with the publisher sharpens his curiosity for images, and the editorial demands that are passed on to him become an objective to be achieved for all projects. Each publication is a dialogue with the artists and a singular object. Since 2020, Jordan Alves has been associated with Atelier EXB, taking over from Xavier Barral in the publishing adventure with his 4 partners. 
Marie Guillemin, artistic director
As a specialist in the emerging European photography, Marie Guillemin is the artistic director of the Fetart collective. Since 2005, the collective has created and organised a number of events in France and Europe, including the Circulation(s) festival, the Rencontres Photographiques du 10e, Traversées d'Europe and Nature Future. Marie Guillemin has also been artistic advisor to the Caritas Photo Sociale Prize since its inception in 2020. 
Laura Lafon, director of photography for Gaze
Photographer and photo editor for the press, Laura Lafon is now the director of photography for Gaze, a biannual magazine that celebrates the female and non-binary perspectives through intimate stories, embodied journalism and lots of photography. In each issue, she collaborates with a dozen photographers, commision them or showing their work in an editorial form. Gaze is also a consulting and creative studio that works with brands and institutions to improve the representation of women, through high-impact projects.
